Firearms Training Classes in Illinois

Intro to Firearms Class

One day class

$40.00 (includes ammo, gun & equipment)

  • Students will receive an introduction to the safe use of handguns, and a clear understanding of the local requirements for owning and purchasing a handgun.
  • Participants will fire a 22 LR  revolver and a 38 special revolver.
  • Class will be limited to 12 students.
  • Students must be atleast 21 years of age.

Equipment needed: none

Revolver Familiarization Course

One day class
$85 (includes ammo, gun & equipment )

Students will learn the basics of shooting disciplines. safety-loading & unloading-sight alignment-trigger control-sight picture-drawing and firing from a holster.

Equipment needed: belt

Semi-Auto Familiarization Course

One day class
$125 (includes ammo & gun if needed)

*add $30 for 45acp or 10mm

Students will learn the same disciplines as revolver class but applied to a
Semi auto pistol.- must have a medium or large frame pistol 9mm or larger
Caliber or one can be supplied.-equipment needed belt-holster-2 extra magazine-
Magazine pouch.

Personal Course One on One

One day class
$175 (includes ammo) *+$20 if using 45acp or 10mm*
Student will learn the basics of shooting disciplines, safety, loading & unloading, sight alignment, trigger control, sight picture, and drawing and firing from a holster.
By appointment only. Please call in advance.

Courses are scheduled on a monthly basis-most courses are limited to six students-in order to reserve a spot you must leave a 50% deposit-you must have a valid foid card and be 21 years old to enroll in any courses.

Security Re-Qualification

Qualification fee: first gun-$40 (plus ammo)

Second gun-$20 (plus ammo)
Equipment needed gun-belt-holster

Security Agency & Police Departments

$100 per hour (includes safety officer)
$125 per hour with training instructor
