Changes to the Illinois Concealed Carry Bill
Midwest Guns can help qualifying Illinois citizens to obtain the necessary permit to carry a concealed handgun and practice smart and responsible firearm ownership.
When the US Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals overruled this Illinois concealed carry ban on the basis that it was unconstitutional, the federal ruling went on to state that Illinois citizens must be allowed to carry firearms, including concealed carry handguns, for self-defence purposes.
It also indicated that Illinois State has until May 2013 to draft a new Illinois concealed carry law. Illinois citizens should expect to see some form of concealed carry laws that will require concealed carry permits by as early as June 2013.
